Acceptable Use Policy
Use Scribble creatively, lawfully and with respect for other people. This policy applies to the app, RQAI-operated endpoints and content you create, process or publish through connected services.
You must not
- break applicable law, court orders, sanctions or another person’s privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or publicity rights;
- create, solicit, possess or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming content or non-consensual intimate imagery;
- use deceptive impersonation, phishing, fraud, malware, credential theft, surveillance or synthetic media to mislead or harm;
- harass, threaten, incite violence or discrimination, or publish another person’s sensitive data without authority;
- bypass access controls, probe systems without permission, automate abusive traffic, distribute malicious code or expose credentials;
- use AI to make prohibited or high-impact automated decisions about people, or represent unverified AI output as professional advice or established fact;
- conceal legally required AI/synthetic-content disclosures or fabricate evidence, citations, endorsements or provenance;
- use content for spam or unlawful direct marketing.
Safety and enforcement
Most content remains local and RQAI does not proactively inspect notebooks. We may act on credible reports concerning RQAI-operated systems, including restricting an endpoint, preserving evidence where legally required and reporting imminent harm or unlawful material to competent authorities. Actions will be proportionate and may be challenged by emailing hello@rqai.co.uk.
